We went to see the @paranormalcirque2 🎪 last night and the show was awesome!! 👏
A macabre-burlesque Italian version of Circque de Soleil. Definitely worth seeing. Tickets sell out fast 💨 and they’re only here in Tucson until January 27th! I was worried when I bought my tickets but all seats are good seats. 18+ Adults only show 🤡👙 It’s a fun show, they do have some concessions and fun photo ops.

❗️They also have a fog machine and some strobe lights..

Whenever we are in town for New Years, we have our family dinner at @vivacetucson 😋 It’s been our favorite restaurant for decades, we love Daniel (the chef and owner) and it never ever disappoints. Dinner & drinks were incredible as always and…. if you are a Mussels lover like we are, you don’t want to sleep on these. They are the BEST mussels I have EVER had, and as a French chef, world traveler and mega foodie, I promise you won’t be disappointed! Get an order for the table, and then get another order because you won’t want it to end. 😋😋😋😋 Vivace Restaurant Tucson Az ❤️ A very happy belly place to be

We decided to ditch the live trees for a while 🌲

I’m happy with this metal tree so far, it holds and highlights a ton of ornaments, that would normally get lost in the branches. Most of them hand made by the kids and from our travels..

We had a tradition of going to the white mountains and chopping down our own tree each year, right after thanksgiving. But each time as I enjoyed nature and how beautiful everything looked and smelled, I couldn’t help thinking that I was taking it away from its happy home only to make my home happy for just a few weeks.. It seemed so senseless and wasteful.. Christmas stresses me out majorly every year and I’m seeking to find a way to take a little more of the commercialism out of it each year. My hope is to bring back the Christmas joy of simply being grateful for what we have and spending time with our friends and family 🥰

I hope you are faring well this holiday season, and that you find what makes you smile. Please don’t forget that you are loved 🥰 The holidays can make some very depressed, so please don’t forget to reach out to your single friends and invite them over for or out for dinner or drinks. And you can always come to Ghini’s for a big hug and a smile 😊

Love you 😘 Happy Holidays ❤️💚

We made a little belated Thanksgiving meal since we didn’t get to this year. Bought an ornament tree 🎄no more fresh trees for now.. I think it’s pretty enough, sure holds a lot of ornaments! And it wouldn’t be proper holidays without Snoop on a Stoop and Martha on the fireplace mantel. Happy Ho ho ❤️💚
