New Heights / Limits Motivation Happy Early Motivational Monday to all of you who find motivation, inspiration, and encouragement from pushing yourself passed what you thought was possible doing what you are passionate about, reaching new heights in your careers, educations, or hobbies, improving a skill in your life, or maybe you achieved something big in your life. All of these things can help you to stay motivated and encouraged when Monday comes after a long weekend you did not want to end. Mondays are the days that we need this inspiration the most because this day is the one we dread the most, but it shouldn't be. We need to look at Mondays when the come as a way to start the week off on the right foot, as a fresh start from the week before it, and as a way to plan for the week that follows it, so we can enjoy the weekend that comes after it. How do you stay motivated on Mondays? What helps you the most? One of the things that motivates me the most on Mondays is knowing that I am well on my way to improving myself in my career, my schooling, my climbing journey so far, my understanding of nature and how it is beneficial to us, and so many other things that really help me to look forward to Mondays and the rest of the week leading up to the weekend. We can help each other to find something or someone in our lives that motivates and inspires us to be able to make the most of Mondays when they come up, so it can be a day we all look forward to them when they come up in the week. What is one thing that encourages you through the week? Where does your motivation come from?

Where it started. ➡️ How it’s going. Remember EVERYONE was once a beginner in their chosen sport, craft or hobby! Don’t be fooled to believe otherwise. 🫶🏻 In MANY ways I’m STILL a beginner, but it’s cute to look back and see progress. Thanks to my helpers along the way… 🤝🏻🥹💕 @itspaluna @colematthewvincent @pacific.kylie @aimeeanayaeverett @klokovd #monday

“Marriage is a supreme sharing of experience, an adventure in the most intimate of human relationships.” @pacific.kylie & @bigwoodenhouse got married on their farm @pacific.petals.llc today & was such a special experience. They’ve begun a new flower farming adventure together (in the North Shore) on a piece of land that has stunning mountain views and they have so many awesome plans & ideas for future experiences on their farm. The love these two have for each other was outpouring during our ceremony, I had goosebumps. Looking forward to watching their love & business grow. 😊 🌸 #oahuwedding #oahuweddingofficiant #hawaiiweddingofficiant #hawaiiwedding #hawaiiweddings #oahuweddingphotographer #hawaiielopement #americanmarriageministries #oahuelopement #weddingofficiant #weddingceremonies #flowerfarm #flowerfarming #weddingceremony #destinationweddinghawaii

Lumecca ... it really works! I had such great results with my first treatment at @skintique.ca that I decided to go for a second. You may feel a zapping feeling while IPL is being applied, and your skin tends to tingle. Myself I find I have a tingling sensation for about 1-2 hours after (like I was out in the sun a tad bit to long). The redness dies down dramatically over two hours, so I found I had very little downtime if any at all. I didn’t wash my face until the next day, I was super gentle, and applied my moisturizer and sunscreen. Thanks @kylie.at.skintique for another amazing experience 💕
