For @alldayjam_sa , the journey to a YOBA win wasn’t about getting it right the first time. It was about being willing to step back, look at what wasn’t working, make the necessary changes and come back stronger.

After four years of being nominated, they returned to the Top 16 Youth-Owned Brands Awards with a different mindset, ready to put the work, growth and lessons from the journey into the moment and this time, they took home the win.

Their story is a reminder that progress doesn’t always look like moving forward. Sometimes, it looks like going back to the drawing board, refining your approach and giving yourself another chance to get it right, because being in the room is one thing. Being ready for the moment is another.
