Grateful for the win. Even more grateful for the journey. 🙏🇹🇭

I want to take a moment to thank all of the coaches and trainers at Sit Thailand Muay Thai Gym for everything you’ve poured into me since I walked through those doors.
@sit_thailandmuaythaigym

And to all of my training partners, thank you. Every round, every push, every correction, every hard day in the gym has helped me grow, not only as a fighter, but as a person.

To everyone who came out to the fight, sent me messages, left comments, watched from somewhere else in the world, or simply wished me well, I appreciate all of you more than you know.

I’m very happy to have gotten the win, but I also know there is still so much more for me to learn.

I can watch this fight and see things I’m proud of. I can also see things I want to improve. That’s what keeps me hungry.

At 41 years old, I’m still learning. Still growing. Still testing myself. Still stepping into the ring. And somehow, I feel like I’m just getting started.

The goal was never just to win one more fight.

There are still bigger dreams I’m chasing, more challenges I want to accept, and another level of myself I want to find.

The next fight will be better than this one.

Back to work. 🥊

The way we describe our feelings may sometimes determine those feelings, rather than the other way around. You chose this hard work, embrace it. It’s what you want. Don’t make it more complicated than it is. At least this is what’s helped me 😁 #muaythai #fighter #hardwork #selftalk #mindset

P.S. Sorry I didn’t include all the photos, IG only allows me to post 20 pictures. 🫤

The best gym, the best coaches, and the most beautiful of souls. Thank you @sitjaopho_muaythai and everyone I befriended, sparred, and worked with for being part of my journey. I’ve improved so much in such a short amount of time. This place really is a library of knowledge—you learn something from everyone, take bits and pieces, and use it to shape your own style.

Seriously the best gym I’ve ever trained at. No egos. Just love, respect, and beautiful Muay Thai.

Every moment here was so surreal! This gym and everything about it truly won my heart ❤️

Sorry if I didn’t tag everyone! Didn’t get everyone’s IG! Only 20 tags per post :(

I’ll be back real soon! Love you all! 🫶🏽🇹🇭
