Mocha has officially found her fur-ever family! Her new mama knew it was meant to be from the very beginning! 💕
Mocha was chosen for all the right reasons:
✨ She completely stole their hearts with those irresistible, soulful puppy eyes. 🥺
✨ Her unique white markings made her stand out as a truly one-of-a-kind girl.
✨ Her mama felt an instant connection the very first time she saw her on our page.
We couldn’t be happier for this special crew! #puppiesinstagram #dogsofinstagram #goldendoodle #dogoftheday #californiagoldendoodles

Ive talked to so many parents over the past year and a common response is that they feel intimidated to use weights at the gym.

The gym has SOOO many different machines and ways to get a workout that serves you in your goals.

There’s machines, cables, dumbbells etc

So don’t let fear get in your way of that high you experience after a really good workout!

And hey

If the gyms not for you

A basic home gym set up is plenty!

Follow a long for more busy parents nutrition and fitness content!

2020, definitely a year to remember. Quit a job I had for 12 years. Got another job and moved 250 miles. Made some amazing new friends. Opened a new store with an amazing team. Had a beautiful baby boy. Watched my baby girl become the best big sister. 2 of my best friends brought gorgeous babies into the world. Went on adventures. Through all the different emotions that 2020 brought there was also so many blessings and I’m grateful for each day that I get to breathe another breath.

Want to know something interesting about shooting weddings? ⬇️⠀⠀
⠀⠀
It's hard! 😩⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Thats the simple answer, but there's more to it than just pushing a button and wearing all types of hats from beginning to end with each client. 📸⠀⠀
⠀⠀
I'm no expert and I don't think anyone really becomes one, but I'm shaping my piece of the puzzle 🧩⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Really though! It's crazy that people trust me to shoot their wedding! ⠀⠀
The pressure I put on myself, and showing up to deliver is my favorite part, and it exceeds any dollar amount. Theres also the dance of comfort between the clients and I to get meaningful images. I believe these mental obstacles are what make good photographers, and there's endless ways to accomplish them.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
But I learned these things cannot be taught...you have them, and it's your job polish the crap out of them.

...so I gained a sister over the summer. My parents didn’t adopt anyone, although they probably would if it wasn’t for the whole being a Dodgers fan thing, but my little brother did get married! Lots of people, when they found out, asked if I liked her — to which I always respond ‘ABSOLUTELY, it’s him I’m still up in the air about’ 😜😂😁 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Seriously though — she is the coolest! She loves good craft beer, Peet’s coffee, all things pumpkin, FRIENDS, Handel’s ice cream, baseball, and we even share an alma mater (go Bruins 😉)!! So I can definitively say she’s my favorite sister (“in-law”)!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And today is her birthday — HAPPY BIRTHDAY CARMEN 🎁🎂🎉 So thankful you joined this crazy little tribe of ours 💛 Hoping you find the best wine and the tastiest apples, without someone whining about their meal times and protein intake repeatedly🍷🥳🍎 Celebrating you tonight with pumpkin pop-tarts and beer, until we can do it right next month 🍻⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
