☀️August, you were so good to me. 🦁

I lost a huge part of myself this past year in ways I didn’t fully notice until I started feeling like myself again. And god does it feel good to be back.

If you’ve been working your way out of something, this is your sign that it’s working 🫶

me 🤝🏽 ibuprofen + ice 🤝🏽 finishing the rose bowl half marathon ✅🏃🏽‍♀️

minimal training, just got over a bad cold/flu, questionable knees, but all worth it to finish my first (and last???) half marathon 😂🙌🏽

Love at first HYROX 🖤 I’m hooked.
Proud of my teammate @c.trizzy for pushing through despite his grade 2 calf tear. My quads were prematurely cramping(I’ve figured out why), but we kept attacking and finished strong.
Big thank you to our kith & kin for coming out to root for us and lock us in when things got tough. Truly fcking grateful for you guys, and for Chris’s will of fire.
Can’t wait to do this again, and do it better.
Keep attacking. 🗡️

10/10 would recommend two back to back Hyrox races with a grade 2 torn calf muscle 💪🏻

Shoutout to my team for an awesome weekend! 🔥

Did this year just fly by or was it just me? Always reminding myself to be present in the moment. Reflecting back on some of my favorite memories captured ❤️📸
