When it comes to event photography, one of my favorite things to do is to capture candid shots like this.

Posed photos are great of course but capturing people enjoying the moments when people aren’t aware of the camera being there is priceless because you capture their natural reaction.

When I edit, I also like to provide different versions of the same shot. Which version of this shot do you like most, 1st 2nd or 3rd?

Heading to Baltimore this evening to cover a birthday in Baltimore, so I decided to share my checklist of what I bring before every shoot. 📸

Checklist:
My @sonyalpha (#sonya7rii)
#tamronlens (#28mm - #75mm f/2.8)
#sigma85mmart lens
Flash kit #altura

For those who are into photography whether professionally or as a hobby, what’s in your camera bag? I’m always open to adding to mine.

First, let me thank @miaoartistry for the make-up session she had with my daughter. She did an extraordinary job and showed great customer service!

I swear I get teary-eyed when I think too much about how fast time is flying and how fast my daughter is growing.

This past weekend was her prom and the entire Saturday just seemed to flow so perfectly! Her and her friends just owned the day! And before you know it, she’ll be a college freshman in the fall!
🥲❤️❤️♥️

What it looks like when you turn one and experience birthday cake for the first time.

Even at 37 years of age, this is forever my mood internally whenever I encounter cake. It was such a pleasure to capture this birthday moment!
