This is where most people force the attack too early… 👀

Full Guard — Part 2 (2/3)

Once posture is broken, the opportunities start to appear.

Angles, pressure and timing create the attack.

No rushing — build the position properly.

This is what we build through JITS-360 🔥

Part 3 next.

End of an era. Little Earth has been host to two of the most mind-opening, emotional, engaging years I could ever recall. I’ll always call it the house that brotherhood built, but @thediaryofaman did a lot of the heavy lifting, thank you for your time and energy spent building this.

I want to thank everyone at @mandemmeetup_wolves who has ever showed up and shared their truths in the last two years, it’s made me more comfortable in following suit, and help unlock a version of me that @fakeplasticange always saw and believed that was there, even when I couldn’t see it at all, it breaks my heart that she never saw enough of it. That said, a big thank you for past nearly ten months, for holding my hand as I gazed at the hole that was my world, my life, as the air from my life evaporated, for letting me be me, even if I’m still second guessing myself.

A shout out to @jamie_g_lewis for reaching out to me nearly three years ago when all I wanted to do was close my eyes and not open them back up at all. Took a while to come out of my shell but I did. I’m quite far away from being a spiritual person but I truly mean this when I say it; God bless you.

I know we’ve got the WhatsApp chat and it’ll always be there but it’s no substitute for rocking up on a Wednesday night, slapping hands, giving hugs like we’re breathing, giving and receiving words of wisdom, encouragement and assurance and everything in between.

And it all happened in this little, weird, magical dome. The work done will not be in vein, a new chapter awaits.

God bless Little Earth
Viva Little Earth
Long live Little Earth
C’est magnifique Little Earth
Magnifique Little Earth
