Meet two of our new ambassadors! We cant wait to see you both in the fall!

#gocougs🐾 #wsu

Hi! My name is Payton Langum, and this will be my first year as a Murrow Ambassador, and I am so excited!!! As much as I’ve been missing Pullman, my summer has been amazing! I have traveled to Coeur d’Alene, Chelan, and Allyn! Besides working at my hometown’s local coffee shop, I’ve been spending time doing what I love most, which is being with friends and family. I cannot wait to be back at WSU in August and see what this year has in store! Go Cougs!

Meet Katelyn Cherney! She has been up to a couple things, from traveling to Cabo and exploring the food scene and taking cooking classes while there. She’s also planted an entire garden at her house.

Kate is most excited to help prospective students get excited about Murrow and share what she loves most about Murrow and help other students share that same experience. She’s also excited to meet new people and make more friends while representing the program she loves.

#PURPOSEPOST: for our next value we are highlighting community service! Chi Omega supports @makeawishamerica on both local, and national levels. We’re so grateful to be able to support such a important cause 💙💫

here’s what our philanthropy chairs about to say about MAW:

“Supporting Make-A-Wish has been one of the most meaningful parts of my college experience. Last semester, our chapter raised nearly $3,000, and knowing we could give back to such an incredible cause is something I’m truly proud of. I love being part of an organization that not only creates lifelong friendships but also makes a real difference in the lives of children and their families. Our philanthropy brings our entire chapter together through meaningful events centered around giving back. Supporting Make-A-Wish is so impactful because you’re not just funding a wish—you’re helping restore a sense of childhood that illness tries to take away. Being able to raise money for these kids means the world to me.” -Kate & Ellie
