When people look at me As a business owner, often times they go straight to “oooh making the big bucks”

WRONG.

If I didn’t have passion behind what I do, I’ll be honest it’s not all what it seems to be. But I wouldn’t change it because I absolutely love what I do.

The people I work with are hand picked to create the culture I want to feel, my guest to feel , and other stylist to feel. I want to create a place where stylist are heard and seen. I want guest to feel comfortability, homey, and pampered. We are a small local business. My dreams were to go big, but Im so in love with what we have, I’m beyond content.

When you see BROADWAY HAIR CO. I want you to know, this is a happy place. Not a money hungry, boujie business. We are real people, with real problems, that choose work to create a happy place. 💛

This call might be going on forever… but we wouldn’t have it any other way! We love hearing your stories and getting to know you !📞💗

Big shout out to our front support team! They really hold us together by booking you, checking you in/out, helping keep the salon tidy through out the day, grabbing you drinks, & hearing your long stories ;)

It’s never a dull moment with my girlies. 💛
Each of these ladies plays such a big (but totally different) role in my life. From all the days I’m traveling and they fill in, to our internet being out for almost a MONTH 😭 (I still have PTSD), to the smooth successful days—these women stay positive and persevere through it all.
I appreciate their hard work more than they even know… even if they do cause a little chaos of their own. 😇🫶✨
