GRANDPRIZE PARTY!

I am extremely proud of the way my DMV chapter showed out on that floor! You all work your asses off and it shows! With 8/9+ houses in attendance, we came out in third place with 130 points and I’ll absolutely take it!

Tonight at @aslin.vabeach felt different… in the best way. Pulled up and you could feel it right away. Not just a run. Not just miles. It’s the people. The laughs before we even start. The “you good?” check-ins mid run. The way everyone waits, hypes, and shows love like it’s second nature. This crew. This FAMILY is special!

This month means a little more too. We’re moving with intention… recognizing AANHPI Heritage Month, Mental Health Awareness, and Brain Cancer Awareness.

Another medal C’MONDAY in the books! @shamrockmarathon weekend did what it always does… left us proud, tired, and walking a little funny. Tonight wasn’t about pace. Just movement. Loosening things up. Letting the body catch up to everything we asked of it this weekend.

Active recovery > doing nothing. Always.

Shoutout to @cyclebarhilltop for hosting us (again) and Coach @k_pomp for reminding us that recovery is part of the work, not separate from it.
