Fill your life with good people who will play hard, go deep, call you on your shit, & not defend theirs. We’re meant to love each other out of our patterns & into our nature… all the defenses & doubts are so easy to drop when the culture you’re surrounded by is committed to asking, “What would Love do?” 🌹

my heart is SO full from this week at @mind_movement_magic !!! i could rave about absolutely everything. the incredible natural beauty at sunrise ranch, the FOOD, the mega talented dancers, the FANTASTIC dj sets, the movement and neurosculpting classes, and just the pure time to get to know everyone with no rush. i am massively in love with this style of dance retreat and @lisa_wimberger is such a thoughtful and hardworking event organizer. This dance was SO much fun!! I fucking love switch dancing and Keifer is such a playful and enthusiastic switch. The flow was so good, and I’m convinced he has a genuine magic touch. Thank you Andie for the video (and check out her account @avion.alux for a surprise hehe)
