thank goodness for rolled ankles I guess..

being on the other side of a valley makes you appreciate that things didn’t work out the way you had planned. as I reflect on the fgcl, I am filled with so many emotions. I originally came for reps and comfort ability in my ankle, but I left with new friends, confidence in myself, lifelong memories, a nice tan, but most of all consistent gratitude. the Lord always provides. sometimes it might look different, require patience, or cause a lot of hurt, but Jesus is always faithful and He is always right on time. I never thought I would have the opportunity to play five years in college, be surrounded by such great community, and have the privilege of helping others through my own experiences. this game has taught me so many things, but I continue to learn more and more everyday. thank you @fgcl_softball for this team, this beautiful place, and this ministry. you now hold a special place in my heart! 💗
