• Happy 1 Year Anniversary at SEEK 🏔️ •
I could write a novel about the love and support I’ve had here but I have limited characters so I’ll say this how I do at the end of every class here:
“Remember who you are. Remember what you stand for. Find the community that will build you up, and not break you down.”
I have found that community, and no matter where you are, I hope you find yours too.
A huge shout out to my wife and daughter for bringing the ice cream and hand made posters. 🥰
Also I was able to consume all 10 hot sauces during class and I only felt like I was going to die twice which is a new record! 😂😂😂

May!!! 💛 The hardest working month of our cut flower garden project — we converted the veggie garden into more floral space (specifically for dahlias) with a huge goal of growing our wedding flowers… Although it’s been a tough growing season, from a late May frost (featured in last slide) to a lonnnng and intense heat wave in July – I’m proud of the work we put in from the start! More flowers still to grow 🫶

March was about getting hands dirty and slowing down 〰️

Despite it being August, and the garden isn’t as lush as I’d hoped it would be by now, it’s still sweet to reflect on the garden progress when comparing it to the baby seedlings and empty boxes 🤲🌱

Last weekend was so wonderful. Camilla and I were able to go to Utah to visit Maddie & Billy and for a bridal shower for Maddie. The shower was a picnic in Park City surrounded by gorgeous Aspens with her incredibly sweet and beautiful friends, MIL and SIL to be. It was amazing. I am so happy that she has them in her life. Sooo blessed! So much love and joy!! :)

I’m officially a yoga teacher! 🧘🏻‍♀️💜

What an honor to have grown and learned so much through this journey. To this community, @seekstudio and all my friends who showed up for me, from the bottom of my heart - THANK YOU! ♥️

Seek YTT 2026! So much love and gratitude for this cute group of humans. It was an honor to learn beside you and from you. 🙏 We also couldn’t have asked for a more incredible team of instructors than the leadership folks at @seekstudio. They challenged us, they believed in us, and they all wanted us to succeed. ❤️

I initially registered for YTT just for some self development and to deepen my own practice, but I am transformed. I’m just at the beginning of my learning journey and intend to continue practicing, studying, and improving. Next goals? Get faster, build confidence, speak from the belly, explore breathwork, and study up on anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.

Happy graduation!

Christmas-NYE shot on 35mm film!! 📸 absolutely loving how these turned out with flash! 🤭✨

Had a magical week of dinner parties filled with desserts, charcuterie and cocktails (specifically many espresso + mint-chocolate martinis) with the best company of friends 🥂 cup is full! 💛

Cheers to 2026! ✨

November-December went by in a flash, yet time felt slow. Settled in to new routines, a new commute. Kept holiday traditions alive while starting some new ones. Wrapped up the busy season for work, closed up the garden, and took some goood time to rest, eat, drink, repeat. 😌✨

October was a pretttty major month…
– I made a big career change, said farewell to @backcountry after 6.5 years 🐐 to start a new adventure on the @cotopaxi product team 🦙
– Billy launched his real estate career with @kwparkcity 🏡 (hit us up if you need a realtor in UT!)
– Our parents met eachother in person for the first time, celebrating the soon-to-be merging of our families! 💗
– Clare + Ryan got married and I had the honor of photographing it ✨ (6th wedding I’ve shot now)
– We harvested the last of the garden + found some time to rest amongst the busy-ness of it all 😌
