Being Healthy! We often either take our health for granted or mistake losing weight and being thin with being healthy. Ofcourse losing weight is a part of your fitness journey but being healthy is a much larger picture. It does not in any way mean that all thin/lean people are healthy and vice versa.
.

Mudit and me try to get all our blood tests and other vital tests done once in 6-8 months because we both have strong family histories of diabetes, thyroid and cholesterol. Back in May, when we got our tests done- the results were completely off and for us it came as quite a shock. We are 28 and did not expect our results to show borderline cholesterol, sugar and thyroid 😞

Since May, we worked hard on ourselves- we started eating much better, reduced our alcohol consumption, reduced our meat consumption, exercised much more, slept earlier, got into a routine and did our tests again last week! And guess what? Without any medication, without any crazy diets, most of our levels are back to normal! 😁
.
.
We were so thrilled with our results and so happy that these small lifestyle changes have made such a huge difference! We still eat out, we still party sometimes, we still drink sometimes- but its all in a controlled and monitored manner and thus we don’t miss out on all this too! 💫❤️

Everything starts and ends with your health and there is nothing more important in this whole world! 🙏

For as long as we have planned a bachelors trip, we have wanted to do it together. And finally a few months ago when we started planning it, Dubai seemed to be the best option considering connectivity. Last weekend we finally had our bachelors and its the most fun we have had in a while! We were a total of 11 people and while we missed the ones who dint make it, the ones who did - made sure we had the best time ever! There was a proposal, an insanely expensive club night, a yacht party, a photoshoot, a hens party and a lot more all packed into these 4 days! Its a trip we wont forget for the longest time and ‘twas definitely the perfect start to the wedding celebrations!
PS: @k_kliks did a fantastic job with our photoshoot and we cant wait to share more pictures soon!
