So special finally getting to spend some time in person with my Saturday crew 💕

These amazing women are the group I teach online every Saturday, and although we see each other on screen each week, nothing quite beats getting together in real life. It was so lovely to catch up, laugh, go for a muddy walk, and just enjoy each other’s company outside of class.

We ended up at the pub afterwards, where Karen even demonstrated some impressive core work 😂

What I love most is that it’s about so much more than Pilates. Yes, these women are strong, committed, and show up week after week, but they’re also incredibly supportive of one another. There’s encouragement, laughter, and a real sense of community that’s grown over time - even through a screen.

Seeing everyone together reminded me exactly why I love what I do. Pilates may bring us together, but it’s the friendships, support, and shared energy that make it truly special.

Feeling very lucky to have such a wonderful group of women in my corner 💛
Here’s to many more Saturdays together - online and off.
