Biola University Men’s Basketball (2022-2023) — I enjoyed coaching these young men.. They came into training each day with ELECTRIC ENERGY ⚡️ and a willingness to learn and grow.. They pushed each other and held each other accountable which was amazing!! They had a goal and I helped them each day to achieve it.. Thank You for trusting me, the training program, and the coaching.. Proud of y’all!!

Thank You All,
Coach Z

Since tearing my labrum, after multiple shoulder dislocations I got my hyper mobility diagnosis at 31. Suddenly all of my injuries my whole life make sense. I realized that many things I can/can’t do are actually very normal in the #hypermobile community!

What is hyper mobility?
- my joints/ligaments move further and are more stretchy than normal. Some people can have no issues but others (like me) it can cause many systemic issues like pain, fatigue, digestive, skin, and frequent injuries. I’m more susceptible to dislocations and tears. I get dizzy and tachycardic often.

So this idea from @krj.coaching was so fun to see how different my little brothers range is from mine! Couldn’t show the full extent due to my recent injury, but certainly still hasn’t stopped me from dropping into the splits at any given moment 🤪

The Signing Day Shootout is Ranked #1 - Why ??????

Real Employed Coaches have the connection and authority to make it happen! Just had a Great Meeting with The New LNBP HC & General Manager
Doug Plumb discussing The Future!! Coach Doug has a great vision for 2026 thru 2029 implementing a strategic system how to bring high level players into
his new LNBP Program. Every place he’s been, he has turned programs around: London Lightning, Tijuana Zonkeys, and this next move ♟️ is going to
be crazy!! This meeting was Amazing & No Selling!

All I asked Coach Doug was “Watch The Talent “ ✍️
