GPS Signal Lost

This week’s parsha is Ki Teitzei (“When You Go Out”), and the connection is almost uncannily aligned with this week’s coaching insight. It specifically contains the mitzvah of hashavat aveidah—returning a lost object.

Today has been wild in particular because I keep losing things.

And I started reflecting: Why do I keep losing things?

Then I thought about it.

Maybe it really doesn’t have to be that complicated.

We lose something because we need to find it.

The loss creates the experience of the search.
And the search creates the experience of finding.

And then I started thinking about us as Jewish people.

We lost our connection to Jerusalem. We left home. We became dispersed. And yet, throughout generations, there has remained this longing to return.

In this week’s Haftarah, Isaiah speaks to Jerusalem as a woman who has experienced abandonment and desolation, but is being called toward restoration.

Maybe that is the deeper meaning of teshuvah:

Return.

We lose our way so we can find our way back.

We become disconnected so that reconnection can be experienced.

Sometimes we have to lose something in order to truly understand what it means to find it.

Maybe “GPS Signal Lost” doesn’t mean the destination is gone.

Maybe it simply means:

It’s time to find our way home.

I had a profound revelation while meditating on gratitude.

I thought about two experiences where I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude. In both moments, I had gone through something extremely challenging, and when it finally ended, I felt seen, heard, recognized, and deeply relieved. Both moments brought me to tears—tears of pure gratitude.

Then I remembered a moment while paddle boarding when I saw a little girl hysterically crying alone in the middle of the bay. Her sisters had left her there, and she was in emotional distress. I went to her, helped her, and safely brought her back to her mom. She expressed gratitude to me.

And suddenly, I saw the connection.

Just as I was able to see her when she felt alone, I realized that there were moments in my own life when I thought I had been left alone with my emotions.

But I wasn't.

I was seen. I was heard. I was helped.

I was never really alone.

And these words came through me:

You are not alone.

And I want you to know—whatever you're going through, you’re not alone either. 🤍

If you feel called to explore what you're moving through on a deeper level, I’m now offering one-on-one coaching where we can work together to navigate it.

✨ SHE'S FINALLY HERE ✨

After many years, I'm so excited to officially introduce Heavenly Hormones by KureTea®️

This sacred herbal tea blend was actually one of the original products I created when I launched KureTea®️ back in 2020. At the time, I didn't have the resources or ability to bring it to market, but the vision never left me.

Some dreams don't disappear. Some creations continue to call to us until the time is right.

Heavenly Hormones was crafted with love to support feminine balance, nourishment, vitality, and harmony through a beautiful blend of raspberry leaf, rose petals, pomegranate flower, orange peel, and dong quai root.

🌹 Sip. Breathe. Receive.

Today, I'm honored to finally share this offering with the world.

✨ PRE-ORDERS ARE NOW OPEN! ✨

Click the Linktree link in my bio to reserve your bag and be among the first to experience Heavenly Hormones.

Thank you for supporting this dream and this journey.

The passion never disappeared. The vision never left. It was simply waiting for the right season to bloom. 🌸

There’s something sacred about returning to yourself. ✨

Life gets loud.
We disconnect.
We drift.
We pour into everything except our own spirit.

"We could be reckless like birds in the night"

But healing reminds us: you can come back to yourself anytime. ☕🌿

Lately I’ve been quieter online, but not absent.
I’ve been resting. Reflecting. Rebuilding. Creating intentionally.

And through it all, rituals like tea, stillness, breath, and softness have helped bring me home to myself again.

This next season of KureTea is about more than wellness.

It’s about reconnection. 🌸
