SLINKY DRILL

1. both start at the kitchen
2. one player moves back to baseline
3. net player focuses on keeping them deep with good placement
4. baseline player hits drops/resets and transitions in
5. once they reach the line, switch roles
6. continuous drill

such a great all around drill to work on everything. helps with control, movement, and just staying disciplined throughout the point.

Tucson was pure gold 🥇

Battled through long weather delays, lost epic 67-shot match point rallies (in women’s dubs), and achieved my best pro result yet in women’s singles at last weekend’s Tucson @ppa.challenger. All in all, a super successful weekend filled with great pickleball, fun explorations off the court, and an attitude of gratitude that I’m finally able to confirm…gold feels pretty dang good 🌞🌵

Punta Gorda Challenger 🔥🥒🐊. This was my First tournament of the season. It was definitely a battle both physically and mentally, but I’m proud of the fight and how we competed all weekend.

Men’s Doubles: (4–2)
Went 4–2 with my partner, @benny.slive — awesome partner, and I really enjoyed playing with him. We played super solid all day and lost in 3 sets in the main draw. Battled through the back draw, I was battling on the right all weekend, and that was definitely a fun learning experience.

Mixed Doubles:
Not our best day with @kaay2will. It was a grind both mentally and physically, and I was really proud of our positivity on court and definitely enjoyed my time out there.

Big thanks to all my family and friends for the continued support!!

A huge thanks to my sponsors - @planetpickleatl and @paddle.mania for all the support !!

Let’s keep going!! 🦾
