#LatePost for @erckamama ‘s “Larry Legend” Year 🎂 and her first @heyma.market 🏁 last Saturday @districtsixsf

Celebrating your birthday with both friends and family in order to raise money and collect donations for both Shelters @thecityeats and HUSD is just another one of the many selfless acts you’ve done. Can’t wait to see what’s next for @heyma.market

So proud of you and what you’ve done, not only for your business, but our family. No matter what obstacles we face, we are able to conquer them together. Cheers to 33 bubba!
I love you to the moon and back 💜 #ILYSM

Anyways, here I am making another post about self-care because I need to reflect and practice self-care on myself. I just recently had a COVID scare and as such my school/work has asked me to stay home until my results come back. I have been home for 3 days (which has been nice) but I’ve been getting feelings of guilt, inadequacy, and just overall lost. I keep wondering if teaching really is right for me if I keep doubting myself. Granted it’s my first year in person...I can’t seem to find enough grace to give myself. I can only find it in me to give it to others. I keep thinking I should do better, work harder, and then I’ll be happy. But if I’m just not happy, then what’s the point? It feels like an overall cycle of lost emotions that I’m having trouble working through. Good news though, I’ve been working on letting go of my stress, and finding ways to be positive or at least actively cope with my negative or lost emotions. Y’all got any tips for a noobie teacher? Or even just tips for someone feeling lost in their career/life? Too deep? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) LOL, slide into my DMs.

Anyways, I hope y’all are having a beautiful Wednesday and enjoying these last few rays of sunshine before it gets cold again. #happyfirstdayoffall #pink #daisy #freshwaterpearl #ring #catchall #heart #daisychain #citrine #citrinering
