Meet Kaci Kopf 👊💻 our newest Website Designer by day, martial arts enthusiast by night. She brings creativity and serious focus to every project. We asked Kaci 3 questions about her experience stepping into the world of web design and what’s inspiring her most right now as she ramps up at Hook: 1. How does your active lifestyle influence your work and creativity? "Staying active has helped me keep my energy levels high and stay focused and productive throughout the day. I think movement fuels my creativity, and I’ve found that when my body is engaged, my mind stays sharp and ideas flow more freely. It helps me break through creative blocks and come up with fresh, out-of-the-box design solutions." 2. What makes a great website in your eyes? "A great website should be user-friendly and tell a compelling story, both about the company and about its users. I also think it should create a fun and unique experience that resonates with users and strengthens brand recognition. I love when a website has a fun interactive element that you could sit and play with for hours!" 3. What part of the Hook design process has surprised you the most so far? "The level of creative freedom and autonomy that designers have at Hook has been the most surprising so far. It’s refreshing to be in an environment that encourages unique solutions and pushes us to keep growing as designers. Having the space to experiment and think outside the box leads to more impactful and exciting designs, and I definitely appreciate that aspect of the process." Kaci’s already making waves and we’re so stoked to have her on the team! 🤩

We would love to recognize Kaci Kopf, a graduate from Jordan Creek and Stilwell! In the fall, she plans to attend the University of Iowa to major in Criminology, Law and Justice! Kaci is also in the Honors program at Iowa! At Valley, Kaci was involved in volleyball, soccer, tigerlillies synchro and silver cord! Her favorite memory was going to valley games with friends! Her favorite teacher is Mr. Hudson. Her advice to underclassmen is... “Don’t procrastinate! Especially in the first 3 years when it’s important to work hard so your senior year can be a breeze! :)” Congratulations Kaci!
