This definitely wasn’t how I wanted to end my senior season, but regardless of those few races that didn’t go my way I’ll always be thankful for every opportunity I was given. - Thank you highschool track for every friendship and memory I made along the way. Red rocket out ✌️

To my brother Foust! @m1foust my college roommate, my therapist at times and a true leader.

From slamming monstrous dunks and catching crazy alley-oops, to becoming a father early in life and choosing to step away from basketball to raise your boy… I don’t think I fully realized at the time just how big that sacrifice really was. But man, it paid off in the biggest way.

Watching everything yesterday hit me hard. Seeing Kade at his graduation party, seeing Mike become an incredible dad to a kid who just broke the school record in triple jump set in 85’ and heading to state next week and the Marines after that. While you also raise a five-year-old and a three-year-old with your beautiful wife on top of all that, going back to school to finish his degree… it’s unbelievable, brother.
.
.
I just sat there feeling so much pride and love watching the life you built through resilience, sacrifice, and consistency. You endured, stayed the course, and absolutely crushed it.

Thank you for inspiring me and showing me what real endurance and resilience look like. Incredible, brother. You’re the real MVP and you’re just getting started 🙏🏽🧠✨💪🏽
