At The Materialist, we champion partners like @fibrelab , London’s only fully circular textile recycling hub. ♻️

Their innovative approach transforms textile waste into a range of new materials, from PAPERTEX to fibres for furniture and fabrics.
By cutting emissions and supporting the local economy, they’re paving the way for circular design and responsible fashion.

“Collaboration is essential in driving circular fashion forward” 💡

Last week we brought together industry leaders to discuss critical steps for a conscious future:

💬 Exploring creative upcycling and transforming unexpected materials, led by @upcycle_uk
💬 Insights from @fibrelab on the importance of planning for a product’s end-of-life cycle
💬 Insights from @safia_minney on ethical sourcing and fair trade fabrics
💬 The need for fashion houses to break down silos and collaborate across teams to drive meaningful change, shared by @staciabedford

Thank you to our amazing panel host @marianna.3000 and to everyone who joined us! This panel sparked actionable ideas for change - we can’t wait to see where these conversations lead...

Lately my favorite moments miss the camera but thank goodness this night made it to the camera roll.

I learnt so much from the conversations that were had on this table , over dinner.

Kae is such a brilliant person and founder, Venan is just your go - to guy especially when it comes to green innovations and business. He simply pulls the stops to make things happen!

Good food, lots of laughter and lessons to go - this is what some of the best nights are made of 🥂

Spent an amazing day in NYC with my girls, topping off our evening at @kyurestaurants! If you’re in the city, don’t miss out on their Japanese sweet potato—it’s a must-try! 🍠
