K is living his best life even with some pretty tough conditions. The surface is more like a hockey rink then snow!

Sprint paddlers from all over Canada love watchholder.ca. Keep up the good work at nationals everyone!

Make sure to stop by and get a shirt or watchholder at the calgary tent.

Rowing is serious business apparently. Lol

Had an wicked Saturday introducing the @lakelouiseskiclubs U16 and FIS crews to fitness racing, and it was so cool to jump in and compete with them for a change!

Shout out to @crossfitcanmore for another year of Crusher action, and @philipforsey for all the dope shots of the event.

Swipe to see Team LLSC U16 trying our best at team KBS. We’ve got a year to polish up on the “syncro” part of that movement 🤣🤣. Seriously tho, these kids absolutely slayed with challenge!!!

Jumping right into fall dryland by testing our summer fitness at the Canmore Crusher yesterday.

FIS and U16 athletes teamed up with coaches Phil and Jen who all pushed themselves through 5 hard WODs and 5kms of quad burning runs! We are stoked to continue prepping for back on snow in Colorado this November!

Thanks to @crossfitcanmore and @carsonsandercf for running a great event, and for continuing to support so many of our athletes!

So many thoughts and things to reflect on this weekend, but for now I’ll leave it with this…

Incredibley proud, and extemely excited for the path this crew is on. The last two years have tested your resilliance and patience, but never your passion or committment, and I can’t wait to see where you you decide to take the journey next!
