This is not medical advice

I am not telling you what to do

What this is, is, two people’s experience, knowledge, and opinion on HBC

Yes I understand preventing pregnancy is not the only reason a woman would get on HBC,but Here’s the reality: Birth control doesn’t “fix” these problems—it just masks the symptoms while potentially causing new issues

The facts are there: nutrient deficiency, hormone function issues, increased inflammation, mood, libido issues, can decrease gut health , and can have some long term effects on fertility

Like with anything, everyone responds differently, but I know many who have hated their experiences as well

I learned of other preventative routes. We learned about the dangers of what she had put in her body over years and years, and she didn’t want to live like that anymore

I truly have a completely different partner in all good ways because of her breaking free from HBC.

Now a lot of you are put on this at a younger age where you may not have a say in it, I get that. That’s
My goal here is to just have you THINK about it

You can’t bring down a woman who learned to walk alone. Even if she falls, she will always get up again and come even stronger. God will put you back together in front of those who broke you!
