@kai.rego wins best overall tested lifter at @frysfamilyfitness Border Wars hitting a 232.5kg/513lb squat, 142.5kg/315lb bench, and a 275kg/606lb deadlift at 71.8kgs/158lbs bodyweight, winning himself a $2,200 combo rack! With only having two full blocks and some change of working together, Kai’s performance to chip away at a total PR at a much lower bodyweight and a +20 DOTs PR is an awesome start to the upcoming powerlifting season. Grear job to @jackadair__ for handling, and great meet and awesome prize pool by the people at Fry’s!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to one of our members @kai.rego for taking home 1st place at uspa boarder wars. With a 512 squat, 315 bench and 606 deadlift on the day and dot score of 483. @brayden_kwas77 I finished around 3rd and deadlift state records so I can’t complain.

JUST SIMPLY WOW!
All of our meets are very special in there own way. This one hit different. Felt way bigger than a local meet because of each and everyone that comes to lift, volunteer, watch and support which includes our amazing sponsors also.
Thank you to everyone for the kind words throughout the whole meet. Every word spoken pulled on the heart strings and this is why we have taken our meets to the level we have, for each and everyone of you that deserve it.
None of this that happened this weekend happens without each and everyone of YOU! THANK YOU.
