I woke up this morning and got to the gym at 7:15. The problem is the gym didn’t open until 8am. So I did something I’ve never done before. I took a 45 minute run before my gym session. To anyone who knows me this is something I’ve never done before and would never have considered.

It’s been a long road, but we finally have a little piece of “normal” back, and damn does it feel good. All the credit goes to our team, who has worked so hard to create a space for us to come together again, safely. Thank you — we’re so proud and grateful.
