Let’s explore my fave local shop! For those in New England and Massachusetts, you MUST check out this wonderful crystal shop in Worcester, called Funky Stuff. Owned by two mineral aficionados and supported by a gaggle of creative and kind staff, Funky Stuff is a one stop shop for all mineral lovers. They have a selection that will appeal to collectors of all levels as well as anyone who enjoys artisanal crafted jewelry, paintings, and crafts. When I pop in it’s not just for the rocks, it’s for the vibe, the laughter, the conversation, and to pet the shop cats of course!

They also have weekly live sales on Instagram, where you can check out their great selection while getting great deals. They will often host events at the shop, from local artists showcasing their work to a Cat Adoption Day to help find some shelter kitty’s their forever homes! You can also find them at many Massachusetts summer festivals, like Levitate, or every weekend in the fall at King Richard’s Faire. When traveling to Tucson and other mineral shows, they will happily personal shop for you if you are looking for your dream piece.

Such a great group of people who have put blood, sweat, and tears into this magical shop so if you’re on Insta or in the area, go check them out!

339 🍀 Boston! You outdid yourselves again. @mideastclub thank you for continuing to deal with all as bass addicts. And for @hsd_soundsystems for providing some high quality low end debachery.

🐙 - For those of you who don't know @rezinatepresents brought @truthdubstep out to the states (from NZ), back about 20years now, to Boston to perform their first event. Fast forward & the label @deepdarkand_dangerous was birthed in 2014. A big salute to @saltusmusic and Truths manager Adam for continuing to help coordinate and move like true OGs in the scene. 🫡🫡

As for this past Friday, this was a historic moment for subculture as, @distinctmotive and Tristan have never gone b2b for an official headlined event. Supposedly, they've been choppin up and making music with each other for a near 8 years now! Love dat shit.

A sincere thank you for the kind gestured signitures and conversations you guys gave me during the opening sets of your event. That shit meant so much for me and the journey I'm on. Best bet ima ink up when this year slows down. We out chyea (slides 5/8)✒️

Big Shoutout to Tovia @terraphorm_music & Chris @kreesaybeats for some fire opening sets. Keep up the good fight boyz! ⛓️🔊🔊⛓️

Still reeling over @submersionfestival

Every artist in our clan showed up with such amazing and positive energy. We created a safe space and invited all those interested to join us. It wasn’t about who was on the lineup, but creating a space to make people feel inclined to create in whatever way serves them.
Each painter transmuted the palpable energy into incredible works of art. Now Id love to know what yall feel about this process?! Honestly in my own lil world I have dubbed this idea of ~mimsology~ which is tapping into the forces stirring in a place like a music festival and being able to transmute it; make sense of the chaos around them in a way… whether thats through dance, pant, visual mapping, flow, or anything that allows you to sync with the vibration of the space!

I feel blessed to experience these moments and have my cup filled with endless inspiration!
