on the occasion of the opening of the exhibition Joseph Beuys Works from the Nationalgalerie Collection @hamburger_bahnhof I found this wonderful old picture of myself in front of a #portrait of Joseph Beuys painting by Andy Warhol which was part of Warhol‘s retrospective @hayward.gallery September 1989.

The Hamburger Bahnhof is presenting its extensive holdings of works by the artist Joseph Beuys (1921–86) in the Kleihueshalle.
Comprising 15 key works by Joseph Beuys, the new presentation in the Kleihueshalle explores the artist’s complex oeuvre and critical reception. Alongside his environment DAS KAPITAL RAUM 1970–1977 (1980), the parcours includes sculptures, drawings, multiples and ground-breaking actions such as I like America and America likes Me (1974). The exhibition examines the ways in which Beuys’s work questioned the nature, materiality, language and perception of the boundaries and tasks of art.

Impressive experiences at Monica Bonvicini‘s @studiomonicabonvicini exhibition I do you @neue_nationalgalerie.
Specially like the upper interactive installation chainswing belts that give the visitor the unique chance lying in a steel hammock within the space of mies van der rohe‘s beautiful architecture. The light sculpture light me black hanging with black chains from the ceiling and consisting of 144 glistening bright neon bulbs is a rather extreme sculpture ..

⚡️GOODBYE 2022. IT’S BEEN A ROLLERCOASTER 🎢

Dear 2022,

Thanks for the lessons.
Thanks for teaching us that no matter the challenges, and the difficulties, there is no greater force—and more essential—than founders determined to make a positive impact in the world 🌎

This year we’ve put the basis for our diverse community 👯‍♀️we got to know many of you one by one, and we couldn’t be more proud of that.
We’ve built out a dynamic art Atelier 🎠, an app MVP📱 and we’ve participated in inspiring accelerating & investing programs👩‍💻. It would be a lie to say that it has been all sunshine and rainbows 🌈. We’ve heard some ‘NO’ and many ‘YES, PLEASE’. We’ve smiled, cried, and we’ve celebrated victories 🏆We’ve moved apartments, cities, and offices, but without stopping one day. Always working. Always believing 💫

It’s been an honor to partner with our community of artists, art organizations, and art lovers from day zero to today. Your support means the world to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.❤️🙏

As we step into 2023, we can’t wait to see how the MÆ app will move the world’s consciousness forward✨

If you are not yet one of us, visit our link in bio @maecenarte to join the movement.

With love, happy new year!

From the people building MÆ.
