HEY EVERYBODY!

We are raising funds for Destiny’s upcoming basketball trip to Kentucky for Nationals, and we invite you to be a part of this incredible journey!

Due to some unforeseen issues, we are counting on your support to help make this experience unforgettable for Destiny. Your contribution will not only help her get to Kentucky but also enable her to enjoy this amazing opportunity with her teammates.

The trip is just around the corner, taking place from July 18th-21st, and we are striving to raise at least $600. As we all know, these types of events can become costly, so every donation, big or small, brings us closer to our goal.

We are grateful for your time and consideration in supporting Destiny’s basketball Nationals trip. Your generosity means the world to her and her loved ones.

For those who are able to donate, we extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation. Your support is a testament to the power of community and kindness.

Hey!
Just a quick check-in to let you know that Destiny is more than halfway to her personal “Double Good” selling goal 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 You totally Rock 💚🏀💚

We’re not done yet, though. Off you haven’t purchased anything yet, please do so (only if you’re able to). If you have already purchased, please share this with your friends, family, and co-workers (and have them share it, as well) by posting to social media pages, texting people directly, etc.

Meeting the goal definitely helps the cause; beating the goal opens up more possibilities for this girls basketball program 💚🏀💚

Thanks again for your continued support of Destiny and her participation in team athletics 💚🏀💚

Well November, here we are. And you did not disappoint.

Here’s a recap:

- Wild Peace Yoga turned 2 years old. We had a retreat. It was amazing. It changed how I look at my body! #wonderfullymade (slides 1-3)
- Yo girl got a picture in lululemon 🥹 That’s me yall!!! (slides 4-5) #lululemonambassador
- I put up a tree! This is huge. One day I will tell the story. I’m still working it out in therapy (slide 6)
- November is #crpsawarenessmonth - To shine the light on this disease I hosted a special yoga class where we focused on stimulating our vagus nerve to help get our body out of fight or flight mode. At one point we hummed the chorus of Agnus Dei. Simply beautiful ❤️. @lululemon supported this event by providing each yogi with a gratitude journal, my favorite treats and a special accessory from the store. I’m a blessed girl (slide 7)
- We graduated and anointed our 4th group of yoga teacher trainees through @holyyogadetroit - I still can’t believe this is my get to! (slide 8)
- Mom and I got to see Wicked. I cried, duh! (Slide9)
- I hosted Thanksgiving at my house. I got some pics but not a lot because I was enjoying my family!

I am so grateful to be alive. 🖤

This is 13.

My sweet Macy Gray turned another year older today. And though she’s moody (she’s earned it) and hard of hearing (I think it’s selective) She still finds a way, in her own way, to make our lives sweeter each day. We are blessed to be loved by her.

Happy bday puppy!

All I wanted was all my kids in one room for more than 1 hour. I got so much more. This truly made my day ❤️

Thanks Dad for the OG spades lessons. You and mom gave the kids the leg up to beat us. But we coming for them as soon as you turn your back.

This #internationalwomensday I want to honor the 2 young women that made me a mama. I don’t know if they know but I’ve learned so much from being their mom. They are both changing the world in their own way. One in beauty and the other in photography. I hope they know that there is nothing they can’t do! I’m so proud of them. And I’m amazed by them every single day. ❤️ #myheartbeats
