Welcome to Nauyaca Waterfalls, just 15 minutes down the road from our all-inclusive boutique resort in Costa Rica.

The pool at the base is deep enough to swim across, with 45 metres of water coming down in front of you.

It’s one of the many excursions we can arrange for you, transportation included, so you can just show up and enjoy the moment.

There have been a lot of special things happening in the last few days... Get ready for some mammals with melons!

Jul 23, was World Whale and Dolphin Day! It also would've been Pearl's 16th birthday. Happy Heavenly Birthday, Pearl!

Jul 24, was Luna's birthday! She's the proud mother of now-2-year-old Rurik!

Jul 25, is Tulok's birthday! This little prince is among the youngest in the pod (after Rurik and Mai'a), which means he has one of the most adorable baby faces!

I feel so blessed to have interacted with all three of these amazing, adorable, gentle, and lovable whales! ❤️🐋

Also, earlier this week, SeaWorld San Antonio welcomed two belugas from MarineLand: Bertie and Frankie! I can't wait to see them on a future visit!

POV: your partner wants to book a surf trip but you have no interest in surfing. Good news for both of you.

Send this to your partner and start planning the week you both actually want. 🌴

While we can teach anyone to surf, first-timers included, some people just don't want to spend their whole vacation on a board, and that is completely fine here.

While your partner is in the water with Junior, here's what your week looks like:
- Swim under the Nauyaca waterfall
- Hike Rocas de Amancio to the coast at low tide
- Track sloths through Hacienda Baru
- Walk the Whale's Tail sandbar into the ocean
- Taste your way through a chocolate and coffee farm
- Morning yoga and a massage whenever you want one
- The infinity pool at 1,200 feet, every single afternoon

DM us and we'll personally help you plan your stay at Lamangata Luxury Surf Resort in Costa Rica.

A huge thank you to my sweet friend @kailaann2 for treating my sister and me to a VIP tour of @seaworldtexas!

Getting a behind-the-scenes look at her and her husband’s role as a trainer was so special, but what really stuck with me was learning about @seaworld global conservation efforts and the power of firsthand education in inspiring people to care about wildlife.

Such a fun and meaningful day. One I’ll never forget. 💙

The waterfalls alone are worth the flight. 🌊

We’ve planned the perfect luxury Costa Rica itinerary so you don’t have to. Comment COSTA RICA and we’ll send you our full lineup of curated escapes.

At Lamangata, your days start with personalized surf lessons on world-class waves and end watching the sun drop into the Pacific from the infinity pool.

In between, there’s horseback riding along the beach, chasing waterfalls through the jungle, and a greenhouse-sourced dinner from Chef Tony waiting when you get back.

As a six-suite boutique resort perched above the Pacific, every guest gets our full attention and nothing is left to chance. 🌴
