Pumpkin season is officially taking over @konagrill! 🎃🍂 I got a sneak peek at Kona Grill’s new Welcome Back Pumpkin menu before it officially launches September 8. We tried the Pumpkin Spice Margarita, Grilled Pumpkin & Ricotta Bruschetta, Prosciutto & Roasted Pumpkin Flatbread, Lobster Mushroom Pumpkin Ravioli, Wagyu Bacon Cheeseburger with pumpkin chutney, Sweet Potato Casserole and, of course, Pumpkin Pie to finish it off. Some combinations I definitely wasn’t expecting, but that’s what made this menu so fun to try! ✨ A little look inside an Energy Healing Session with me ✨ Every session is different because it’s centered around you and what you’re currently experiencing. We start by talking about what’s been coming up for you, what you’re struggling with, and what you’d like to receive from our time together. From there, I pull a few cards for intuitive guidance and use dowsing rods to explore where energy may feel stagnant, heavy, or in need of a little extra attention. For this particular session, my client shared some of the physical and emotional things she had been working through. In some holistic traditions, our emotional and energetic experiences are viewed as interconnected with the body. With that in mind, I focused on the areas that came up during her session rather than trying to diagnose or label what she was experiencing. When the dowsing rods brought my attention to certain stagnant spaces, I spent additional time there using breath, intention, and energetic work. You’ll even see me taking slow, deep breaths into my hands as I work focusing on relaxation, movement of energy, and release. 🌿 Afterward, we talk about what came up, and I give personalized spiritual homework, whether that’s grounding practices, affirmations, journaling, breathwork, chakra work, or other tools to help maintain and integrate the work outside of our session. It’s a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, bring awareness to what you may be holding onto, and leave with tools to continue supporting your energy long after the session ends. 🤍✨ Energy healing is a complementary wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. #healing #energy #lasvegas #spiritual
