Before TikTok we lived life to the fullest saying you only live once and do it for the vine. It wasn’t out of the ordinary to see cowboys cheerleaders at your dance studio or run into a some upcoming local artist or Texas raised influencer you saw on YouTube at the mall. You could get meet and greets with upcoming country stars in local venues before they got big. Going to camp was still safe and we were free to be ourselves for the most part . Kindness was a huge deal in texas schools because Rachel’s Challenge. When there was an issue people prayed about it And chasing dreams while keeping faith was utmost important. Being there for your friends was too. I can still remember every late night call , going on drives to movies , malls & concerts. Carpool, field trip, group project videos we thought would make us viral, remakes of tumblr photos & can we hang out Snapchat messages that would end up like “yeah we’re at the lake we’ve been staying at my besties new lake house. Oh actually we ended up in Dallas for dinner. Dad is it illegal to drive a golf cart across the street past a school zone while barefoot? I ruined my white vans by jumping in the pond for a vine. So I may have watched the Simpsons movie already and now I know things I wish I didn’t. I think we ended up on a dirt bike track but we’re not riding dirt bikes we’re actually in a golf cart. Yeah I climbed trees and yes I used the rope swing by the creek so does everybody . And much more stories . Plenty of great times with friends and some of the best concerts I ever been to. #2016throwback
