What a blessing today has been. The Lord blessed me with my best friend Kailey, three years ago. Since then weโ€™ve covered one another and others in prayer. Today God allowed us to join hands and hearts in prayer, praying over a man who had just suffered a terrible loss in his family by #suicide Afterwards the family friend accompanying this man and his daughter hugged us and thanked us saying โ€œhe needed thatโ€. God is so good and his word says heโ€™s near to the brokenhearted. It was such a blessing to be a vessel today and pray over our brothers and sisters in Christ. The word says we are to cast our cares upon the Lord who cares for us. If youโ€™re reading this and something is weighing heavy on your heart, I pray for freedom and for a Godly encounter so that you can be reminded or maybe shown just how much God cares for you and loves you. This weekend I had another incredible opportunity to train with @sheepdogresponse This is a training that helps you push past fears, learn real skills, and build a kind of confidence you donโ€™t know is missing. ๐Ÿ’ช I was quickly reminded that confidence isnโ€™t something you stumble intoโ€”itโ€™s something you train forโ€ฆeven when 7-ish months pregnant! (But donโ€™t worryโ€ฆthey gave me space from everyone else and I dry fired) As a mom, that confidence learned shifts everything. Iโ€™m stronger, more prepared, and more aware. I walked in feeling anxious, and walked out realizing Iโ€™m capable of so much more than I thought. The most powerful gift I can give my kids? A confident, capable mom!
