LHS season comes to an end…

I can’t even describe the feeling I’m feeling right now, basketball has always been a part of my life and I couldn’t be prouder of everything we have accomplished through this amazing sport, it feels wrong to say goodbye to this chapter of my life. First off I want to thank God for giving me the opportunity to play this amazing sport, I want to thank my family for always supporting me through it, all the countless hours of hearing me complain or the amount of money that was spent to keep me happy. Thankful for my teammates for never giving up, whether it was one play or an entire season they were always going to give it their best. Thankful for my coaches for teaching me so many things. Last but definitely not least Basketball for always giving me something to look forward to, no matter how I’m feeling, all I had to do was pick up a basketball and everything would disappear even if it was for a split second. Thank you so much LHS basketball for everything.

Thank you to the Lawrenceville Indians for an incredible season. Finishing with a 25–3 record and placing third in the state is an amazing accomplishment, but what stood out even more was the resilience shown all year. The team faced adversity and challenges throughout the season, yet continued to work hard and push forward no matter the situation. Your determination, teamwork, and pride represented Lawrenceville with class and showed what true dedication looks like. Congratulations on a remarkable season and for making your community proud. Thank you seniors and everyone else on the team! This team will be missed…
