My time at Manhattan has come to an end, and all I can say is wow.

This year reinforced something I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about over the last few years. The wins and losses matter—they always will. But what truly gets you out of bed every morning is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your athletes and be a small part of their growth.

I pour everything I have into every athlete I’m fortunate enough to coach, and the rewards always find a way of reminding me why I chose this profession in the first place.

A special thank you to my Manhattan team, especially to Chris and Cooper. This season was a special one, and I’ll carry those memories with me for a long time.

To my Fieldston team & girls, EAGLES ON A WAR PATH

As difficult as it is to say goodbye, I trust that the Lord always provides. When one door closes, another opens. With that faith, and with a grateful heart, I’m excited for what’s next.
