Had an absolutely fabulous time at ACDA this past weekend @setonhill_dance @acdanortheast
Presenting my work “Falling on Rivers” at the adjudicated concert and being selected for the Gala performance was especially meaningful. This dance is a section of my thesis and was such a huge labor of love, and I’m so grateful I got to share it with the other amazing schools and of course the adjudicators.
Huge shoutout to the grad dream team @the_rose.j @frazeework and Emilia Bruno. Couldn’t have asked for a better trio to share this experience with. And a stunning group of undergrads who danced beautifully and put up with our chaos!

ACDA 2026!!!🥺⭐️ The Rhythm Within✨

Wow! What an unforgettable weekend of performances, classes, and connecting with such inspiring artist and incredible human beings!! It was truly an honor to present my work, representing Rutgers University, at this years American College Dance Association Northeast conference!! @acda_dance @acdanortheast Having my piece selected from 44 works to 12 chosen for the Encore performance meant more than I can ever put into words!!

To my beautiful cast, I truly don’t even have the words to thank you. Not only for being such an incredible group of artists, but for trusting my vision and allowing yourselves to fully step into my process. That kind of trust is everything. This piece holds such a special place in my heart, and it only became what it is because of each of you. Your hard work, your dedication, your openness, and your energy truly poured into the work in ways that inspire me more than you know! Thank you for showing up and believing in me and for making this experience so unforgettable!! 🙏🏼 I can’t wait for the final capstone version!!

To all my professors and my mentor @mendance2 your belief in me, even in moments of frustration and anxiety, has meant more to me than I can truly express. Thank you for allowing me to take up space, to create, to question, to grow, and to refine my voice as an artist. Your guidance and honesty have shaped both only my work, but the choreographer and person that I am becoming today!🙏🏼✨
