GLUTE FOCUS 🔥

These four exercises place a huge amount of tension on the glutes:

Banded crab walks
Deficit split squats
Glute thrusts
Bulgarian split squats

When performed with proper technique, the right weight, and an appropriate rep range, they provide an excellent stimulus for glute hypertrophy and growth.🍑

If you want to take your lower body and glute training, to the next level then DM us for more information regarding PT.

Love training this guy. 👊

Shows up. Works hard. Follows instructions. That’s all you can ask for.

Morgan is an MMA fighter, so his training is structured differently from the average client. Everything is geared towards peaking when fight time comes.

Until then, we keep building his strength and conditioning so he’s always ready when that call comes.

Ready year-round. 🥊💪
