One of my friends (@fvenezia ) told me to sign up for a Hyrox 2 years ago and to that I said “absolutely not, I’m not built for stuff like that.”

I’m not sure what came over me a few months ago that prompted me to wait in a queue of 30k+ people for a ticket to compete in NYC Hyrox but it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Thank you @hyroxamerica for improving my mental health, influencing a healthier lifestyle, providing a sense of support and community and pushing both my physical and mental limits far beyond what I thought was possible.

To some of you this may seem corny, and it’s because you don’t get it, and that’s ok. This is for me - not you. And for me this is just the beginning and I can’t wait to see what’s next ;)

Special shoutout to my amazing, resilient partner @kaitaroni . This girl vomited not once but twice, nearly passed out and fought to the end. I wouldn’t have wanted to cross the finish line with anyone else 💪

Sharing a few reflections after teaching again this month through @newhousenyc @syracuseu’s Maymester program:
Your dream job probably doesn’t exist yet.
That applies at almost every career stage right now.

The tools, platforms and mediums might change. But storytelling stays the same.

Critical thinking and developing a perspective matter. So does paying attn to and understanding people.

One thing that became really clear spending time with young students again: the way #genz thinks about identity, aesthetics, algorithms, trust, work, and communication is far more nuanced than most trend reports capture.

It also reinforced something I keep thinking about through Price Upon Request: the future of learning will likely become more interdisciplinary, experiential, and culturally fluent. Real-world context, conversation, and access mean more now than ever.

Grateful to all of the students, guest speakers, and companies that made the experience so special. 🧡

THE word to describe my first official trip as a leader with @surfyogabeer is cosmic. The universe brought me one badass group of the most impressive, strong women. Thank you to everyone who made my second time in Nica so incredible.

Where to even begin!!!! This trip was necessary, and COSMIC. We danced, we laughed, we cried, we fell in love with all the beautiful and messy parts of ourselves and each other. We just so happened to be a group of all women celebrating international women’s day (and month!) in the most beautiful place in the word. I couldn’t have dreamt a better week if I wanted to. @surfyogabeer has a way of giving you everything you didn’t know you needed and allowing you to let go of all of the things you’ve held on too tightly to. Endlessly grateful for this beautiful and messy life. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
