May recap: A month of daughters, deadlines, drawings, and double-doubles.

A month of writing things down and letting things go.

There were early flights.
Long walks.
Journal pages.
Art studio days.
New paintings.
Meaningful conversations.
French fries that healed more than expected.

There was community, family and creativity.

There were moments I felt completely clear about where I’m headed.

And moments where I had absolutely no idea what I was doing.

Both turned out to be useful.

One thing I’m learning:

Not every season of growth arrives looking ambitious.

Sometimes it looks like showing up.
Making the art.
Taking the walk.
Making the call.
Writing the page.
Being present for the people you love.

May wasn’t perfect, but it was full.

And for that, I’m grateful.

What was one thing May taught you?

In gratitude,
Sam

Been consistently showing up to this run club and honestly… one of the best communities I’ve been around lately. 🏃🏽

Good people, positive energy, networking, motivation, and all pace levels are welcome. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, everyone pushes each other to get better.

If you’ve been wanting to get active, meet new people, or simply start your Saturdays with good energy, I highly recommend coming out with us this weekend at Great Falls Park 🔥

Trust me, it’s more than just a run club.

DM me if you can make it or if you have any questions would love to see some familiar faces out there 👊🏽

Built more than endurance here. 🙏🏽🏃🏽‍♂️

A community grounded in faith, discipline, and growth. From entrepreneurs and business owners to people simply chasing a better version of themselves this run club has been nothing but positive energy, real conversations, and genuine support.

It’s bigger than just miles. It’s about surrounding yourself with people who push you mentally, physically, spiritually, and professionally.

Grateful for the people, the atmosphere, and the purpose behind it all. If you’ve been thinking about showing up… this is your sign. ✝️🔥

2026 so far… disciplined, focused, healing, growing, and getting closer to the man God’s calling me to be. No shortcuts, no excuses just pressure, purpose, and progress. 💯

They’ll talk about the glow up but never the isolation, the discipline, the prayers, the early mornings, the nights you had to heal in silence, or the moments you had to rebuild yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually. Real growth isn’t aesthetic it’s sacrifice. It’s choosing peace over chaos, health over habits, purpose over distractions, and God over ego.

The strongest thing you can do is stay sharp when life tries to dull you.

Mind right. Body right. Spirit right. Everything else follows
