You can build a team around production. I wanted to build one around people.

Yes, we’re serious about real estate. We’re competitive. We’re growing quickly. And we want to win for our clients.

But if you spend five minutes around The Bankston Group, you’ll also realize we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

We laugh. A lot.

We support each other. We share what we’re learning. We celebrate each other’s wins. And when someone on this team is working toward the next level of their career, I want them to know they have an entire group behind them.

That’s the culture we’re building.

Our agents aren’t expected to become another version of me. They each bring their own personality, relationships, market knowledge and goals to this team—and my job is to help give them the support, resources and opportunities to build the career they want.

That individuality is also what makes us stronger for our clients.

Together, our reach stretches across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, with experience in everything from first-time purchases and traditional resale to new construction, luxury homes, relocation, land and acreage.

Different personalities. Different backgrounds. Different markets. Different strengths.

But when it’s time to work, we work together.

We’ve only been building The Bankston Group for a matter of months. The growth has been incredible, but the energy and relationships behind it are what make me most excited about where we’re going.

We’re working hard. We’re having fun doing it. And we’re just getting started.

A Day in the Life of The Stevens Team! 🏡❤️ From Friday night lights to family milestones and helping another family find a home… this is why we love living and working in Ellis County!

Today’s adventure included:
🏈 Filming new scoreboard videos that you’ll see on the big screen at Waxahachie Indians football games this season.
📸 Celebrating a special milestone as Ava had her senior pictures taken for the yearbook. Where has the time gone?!
🏠 Showing an incredible home to an amazing family (the best part of what we do!).
🌽 And ending the day with one of the coolest sights you’ll only see around here—corn stalks flying through the air as local farmers harvest their fields.

As much as Ellis County continues to grow, it’s awesome that our agricultural roots are still such a big part of who we are. That’s one of the many reasons we’re proud to call this place home.

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, building a new home, or relocating to Waxahachie, Midlothian, Ennis, or anywhere in Ellis County, we’d love to help you make your next move!
