Earlier this year, we had a chance to do one of our favorite things and work with platinum standard perfectionists to showcase a team of committed creative geniuses. the gift that keeps on giving — For those who don’t know, I lost both grandparents at a young age, but the one I was closest to and got to know/love was my mom’s mom. Not having her here has been mentally tough, especially in a new chapter in our family’s lives. Fortunately, an old high school friend is currently fundraising for a documentary that he’s creating and that @kaleenacrw was creating art for. I couldn’t help, but share this with the world. We are doing an artist collaboration sale with @kaleenacrw to help fundraise for our Seed & Spark! 🖼️ For $20, Kaleena will digitally draw an album cover of your choice + any personalizations 🎶 To order, DM us @rhythm_documentary or Kaleena @kaleenacrw for what album you would like, your email, and complete your order via Venmo @Kaleenakq. All of the sales will go to our Seed & Spark in the end to help us hit our greenlight! Orders will be up for the next ~48 hours and end Monday afternoon. Kaleena is an incredible multimedia artist of 15+ years, with accomplishments such as earning the Congressional Art Competition Award, and having had her work displayed publicly nationwide. hastening towards you to tell you something.. I’m grateful to have graduated with a B.A in Media, with Summa Cum Laude and the Outstanding Senior Award from my department :) This degree for me represents a lot of hard work and late nights, but more importantly, the incredible support of the most important people in my life. Apologies for the essay, but I want to use this milestone as an opportunity to thank them. I am so grateful for my parents and family, who work so hard every day to give me the best opportunities to learn and grow. I’m thankful for my incredible girlfriend Kaleena, who stayed with me MANY nights past 2am in the lab this semester, and shows me everyday how to be a kinder, more hardworking, and wiser person. I’m thankful for my friends and creative collaborators, who have made my time at Pacific full of joy and meaningful experiences. I’m thankful for my professors + staff mentors who motivate me and serve as some of the most important role models in my life. Through their support and trust in me, I’ve been able to pursue opportunities I never thought would be possible.
