MY STEP RECAP FOR 2025 PART 1
✨January-April✨

If you have been following me since August last year then you know i got real serious with my health journey and step became my outlet/love/niche. This year I met some dope ass people, traveled out the state for step, and have made bonds with people who have become more like family to me 🥹

All the silent battles I was fighting in my lil corner became easier to overcome the more and more I went to step!

I am so thankful for the step community. We taking it up another notch in 2026 😍

I thank each and everyone of the instructors who’s class i have taken, yall are the real troopers who keep the community live and active cause even on your hard days yall still showed up for your students.

A special shoutout to my home team instructors @litaandxfitness 🥹 i can’t thank yall enough for always pouring into my cup (spiritually & “physically” if you know what i mean) 🤣 I love yall so much! there would be no
TBD without yall lol @stepandvibe & @deero

LETS STEP ON BUSINESS ALL 2026 💃🏽 #xtremehiphop #polystep #xhh #yougogirl

It’s clear that line dancing is experiencing a revival. It all goes back to community and feeling connected with one another. Just because you can’t dance, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t dance.

…..And that’s a wrap! Strait Bodied performed in our first @showmeshowcase 2025 this past Sunday, 9/21! 🔥

Big thank you to @officialjenzi for putting on such a great show and having us apart of the show. Another big thank you to @khadijahrose for all of your help! 🩷

Strait Bodied performers y’all did that okay! Every rehearsal, injuries, and the energy you brought the team didn’t go unnoticed and you still showed up and made our first show me performance what it was. We can’t thank you all enough as it wouldn’t be possible without y’all! 🩷

A huge shoutout to @mrslanewilliams for her dance creativity and assisting with our show set! 🩷

@ciannnaaa and @thebullyco._trey Thank you for allowing BIG KINGSTON to be in our set. That c-walk is crazy! 🔥🔥

Thank you for all of the love shown for our studio. We’re happy to be able to provide space for Arizona’s dance community and the many special visitors that come out to our “Little Ole Studio”. 🩷

Until next year’s show…..

✨ Stay positive | Stay dancing | Stay fit | Keep Smiling ✨
