Myrtle Beach 2025

For those who care. I want to tell you a story.

3 years ago, I was creating fitness content. One day @benxsag stitched one of my videos, he was the very first big creator to co-sign me. At the time, I had nothing but Ben saw something in me I didn’t see in myself. A few months later Ben invited me down to Myrtle. At the time my videographer @arlenngriswoldd and I packed up our things into my car and drove down to Myrtle beach to go record content with Ben.

While meeting Ben I got the pleasure of meeting @mister_optimal one day when him and Ben took me to church for the first time in years. Both the boys were so open to me about their relationship with god and they were both pushing for me to pursue that path. Not forcefully but because they loved me and wanted me to experience his greatness.

As time went on, my heart listened to them, I found my true meaning of life… to follow Jesus Christ.

Since then, most of you know that I stopped creating fitness content. I felt that I was selling myself and the lords glory short, and I knew my passion was to help people and not make viral videos.

As time went on, Ben, Alistair and I never lost contact. My business began doing well and that was the path I was focused on.

Flash forward a year or so.

Now @mister_optimal and I are business partners in Beyond Barriers Coaching which generates over $150k in monthly revenue.

Beyond Barriers Coaching is changing lives not only physically for our fitness client’s but also financially for our business clients and we’ve helped many of our clients build relationships with Christ.

Moral of the story…

Gods plan is always better than your plan. He has filled my cup with blessings that would not have been possible without having him in my life. Trust in him, have faith and put him first always.

I will forever be in debt to both Ben and Alistair. I love you both to death and I thank you boys for helping me find Jesus and for believing in me when no one else did.

This wasn’t any of us.

@mrsoptimal “The ultimate night time sweet treat! I know bc l eat it every night✨

RECIPE:

Ingredients:
32g of peanut butter (I used @professornutz_)
21g honey
30g Greek yogurt
31g or 1 scoop protein powder
12g gluten free flour
Cinnamon (however much your heart desires)
14g Sugar free chocolate chips
20g Raisins

Directions:
1. Combine peanut butter, honey, and Greek yogurt into bowl and mix
2. Add dry ingredients: protein powder, flour, cinnamon and mix
3. Add toppings: chocolate chips and raisins and mix and sprinkle with sea salt (optional but it really enhances the flavor)
4. Optional: refrigerate for 5-20+ minutes if prefer cookie dough to be thicker consistency

Calories and macros:
385 calories
37.3g protein • 58.1g carbs • 4.3g fat”
