I’m 38 today!!! This year has been one of the best AND hardest years yet. I pushed myself and tried new things and at the same time I pulled back a lot and focused on healing. I was able to be super present with my kids/family, which may be my favorite accomplishment yet. We traveled a lot, which is my love language and im so grateful. I got to feel more emotions this year than I ever have and it makes me so grateful to be alive. What a blessing to have another year and to continue growing and have amazing friends and family around me! Merry Christmas to you all and happy birthday to me!
