I love seeing everyone’s wrap ups from the year!
2025 was my first full year in Raleigh and doing this review was so good for me because I often find myself feeling like I didn’t do enough. Not just in the year. This is a daily thing that I’m getting better at as a human and entrepreneur.
There will ALWAYS be something to get done and I’m working on reminding myself that all the fun I allowed myself to have this year, all the rest, all the pushing to go to networking events and meet new friends, all of it was worth it. And it was aligned.
I know that my business grows when I grow. As I evolve my business becomes more mature, rooted, and steady - so that I can be a better support to my clients.
If you’re being hard on yourself, maybe take some time to truly reflect on everything you accomplished - including the time you took to rest! Looking forward to 2026 and taking each day as it comes!

I’m so happy to share this video with you all! This really explains all the ways in which I can help your small business grow. I’ve always fallen into the bucket of “jill of all trades” in pretty much everything I do and apparently it’s not much different for my line of work 😆 Truthfully, we have to be able to do it all when we’re small business owners…and eventually you’ll hit a point where you’re thinking “If I have to do X one more time, I’m going to burn this business down!” LOL you know I’m right. So find what that is for you, book a call with me, and let’s watch your business grow together. 🥳

Also, THANK YOU to all of my clients who showed up on a TUESDAY, in the middle of the workday, to share their experiences working with me. So much went into this short video and I’m overwhelmed with all the support I have. Colby going to get my earrings that I forgot. Lindsey bringing pillows and helping me find the space. Sammy providing most of the styling materials and helping me shop the weekend before. Makayla bringing her kids with her because childcare got switched around. Chanda having her mom look after the kids so she could get away. Kalli showing up early and helping me plan before + after the shoot. Community is everything, y’all. Happy to have these people in my life. To connect with me follow the link to my website in my bio!

Some days I literally feel like throwing my laptop and phone off a cliff and being like BYEEEE I’m not doing this anymore. And then some days everything goes smoothly, people show up for me, I’m able to focus, AND I get everything done by 5 pm?! It’s the ups and downs that make life ~life~. Sending love to all the dreamers out there!

I closed out the first month of the year visiting some of my favorite clients in Utah! I went to college at the University of Utah and Salt Lake will always be a special place for me. It also brings me a lot of stress from some of the memories there LOL

HOWEVER, I had an amazing time working in person with everyone. Here are some things I did for my clients :)

-Finished reconciling receipts from 2024 + moving forward with a new receipt management process (I manage the processes and apply the receipts to invoices, don’t ask me to be your bookkeeper PLS :p)

-Met new team members who I had recruited virtually + enjoyed working together and learning more about each other!
•Smoothed out processes for onboarding
•Finessed policies + communicated those to the team (reimbursements, time keeping, etc.)

-Dinners with friends and past clients. Got to talk about some accomplishments from working together! One of my clients is getting a certification for her product that I recommended a few months ago!

-Filmed for my own company and had all of my clients share their experiences from working with me which was SO sweet and I cried a lot because I feel super lucky and blessed to have these people in my life!

All in all a solid trip! I really am passionate about the work that I do. Small businesses are so full of love, drive, and risk taking. It takes a village!
