Deeply moved and grateful for these beautiful photos from @cristiekileyartistry ✨🐸 To be supported fully on your path, Seen and honored, even in your shadows. Loved until your heart heals again. Held at your highest expression, And tended to even at your lowest. True sisterhood isn’t superficial. It asks us to face ourselves again and again. And to meet ourselves with tenderness and care. Sometimes the journey feels relieving, Like a great weight has been lifted, From everything we’ve been carrying for too long. Other times it feels raw, real, unavoidable. To be seen asks us not to run, But to turn and face everything. With courage, gratitude and strength for this one precious life we are living. 🪷 Endlessly grateful for walking this path with you Emilie 🙏🏼✨ @novemberpoppy

One of my favorite ceremonies today by far! 🐸✨ Facilitating for Kambo has been a four year long journey and I’m so grateful for the amazing guides, mentors and facilitators who have led me here. I learn so much about myself as a space holder through others and the process is different every time. There’s a fearless quality that every person who comes to sit with this medicine embodies 🐸. And it’s always met with a lot of gratitude and deeper levels of embodiment on the path. Kambo sheds everything holding you back from reaching your highest level of embodiment, through diving deep into yourself and detoxing toxins, addictive patterns, and unhealthy energies. Ps. For those who often ask, it’s not psychoactive, is legal, and has over a dozen different peptides found in the human body, that aid in deep cellular regeneration and healing! I’m so grateful to have been called to service in this way, as I truly believe in Kambo’s ability and power to heal 🐸🙏🏻🪽 #kambo #medicinepath #frogmedicine #warriorsway #deepdetox

Post Kambo 🐸 Since working with Kambo I’ve healed on deeper levels than I ever thought possible (the second photo was after my first ever Kambo sit about four years ago now, I’ve come so far in terms of embodiment it’s amazing to look back on!). Letting go of limiting beliefs, thought patterns, addictions to self abandoning or self sabotaging. Kambo has brought me deeper into my body and has helped me to reclaim my voice, dissolve people pleasing tendencies and create a better sense of self not imprisoned by external validation. I’m embarking on my journey to become a Kambo practitioner because I truly believe the power that this medicine has to heal 🐸. From deep internal toxins to shifting unconscious patterns, Kambo has been a saving grace. I’m feeling more called to openly speak about my journey here, as I feel like holding back parts of myself isn’t really fulfilling me anymore! I want to share what has helped me to heal and grow on a my path and am so thankful to be working towards living an embodied, authentic, healthy life every day. Grateful. 💚🐸 #kambo #kambocito #healingjourney #home
