Only 20 hours a week? Wow, must be nice. 🙃

Plot twist: I actually work more than that. But even those 20 hands-on hours are forearms, elbows, and zero autopilot. Real intentional bodywork isn’t a 20-hour week, it’s a 40-hour week with really good PR.

Therapists: what’s your honest max number of hands-on hours before your body files a formal complaint? 👇

PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH

The more I run, the more I realize recovery has to be just as intentional as the training. I use bodywork to stay mobile and address the areas taking the most stress, and PEMF as another tool to support circulation and recovery. I’m learning that taking care of my body isn’t about slowing down—it’s what allows me to keep pushing forward, one mile at a time.

Checkout my new med-bed! It stacks PEMF, Molecular Hydrogen and red-light therapy while relaxing in a XL zero gravity.

The PEMF mat from @thehoolest delivers a full body experience. You will feel a slight buzz in back of body as the current stimulates muscles and increases circulation. This mat floods your body with negativity charge ions. These ions surround the cells and are essential for them to operate optimally. When the cells have a better charge they can uptake nutrients better and detox faster.

Molecular Hydrogen from @kureverse is recognized for its anti-aging benefits.

Exercise Recovery: Reduces muscle fatigue and lactic acid buildup to improve endurance.

Metabolic Support: Helps balance cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

Brain Health: Provides neuroprotective qualities that may combat cognitive decline and oxidative brain injuries

Red light from @emrtekinc adds the last layer. The big panel is strong enough to penetrate skin. It also helps to reduce inflammation and increase circulation. The mask is incredible for skin health and helps to boost collagen and reduce sun spots and acne. Adding the collagen and peptide mask underneath adds to benefits!

Using @electronsplus to help activate the quad. Also using copper which is also a good conductor of electricity. If it moves we know it works!!

Scottsdale, Arizona ✨ July 10–12

This weekend was more than a mastermind—it was confirmation.

I walked away with a full heart, new friendships, fresh perspective, and the reassurance that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. I had the opportunity to meet so many incredible practitioners from different backgrounds and personalities, and somehow we all fit together perfectly. There was no gatekeeping, no competition—just genuine encouragement, shared knowledge, and a collective desire to help each other grow.

One of my biggest personal wins? I did something I never thought I’d do… I went hiking! 🥾🏜️ Sometimes growth happens outside of your comfort zone, and that hike reminded me that the best views come after taking the first step.

Being part of the E+ family has truly been life-changing. To be the only E+ practitioner in the state of Virginia is an honor that I don’t take lightly. I’m grateful for the trust, education, mentorship, and community that continues to challenge me to move with intention, trust my intuition, and become a better practitioner every single day.

This is only the beginning, and I’m excited to bring everything I’ve learned back home to continue serving my clients at an even higher level.

Thank you to everyone who made this weekend unforgettable. Here’s to continued growth, meaningful connections, and changing lives—one session at a time. 💙

Last weekend I attended my first of many Electron Plus Masterminds in Scottsdale, AZ.

Thinking I would just be meeting new people, learning new techniques and more about the device… I got that plus more. I left with a new family and a renewed mind, body, and spirit.

It was such a blessing to be in a room with 50+ amazing and talented healers sharing their gifts, knowledge, and expertise. The energy was so positive. The feeling was so pure. I loved every second I spent with these amazing humans.

I’m still buzzing. This was life changing, and I’ll share more when the time is right. Last weekend was an answered prayer in itself.

I am honored to be part of the E+ family. One of the best decisions and investments of my life 🫶🏾💫

I want to say again thank you to Simon and Michelle and the whole @electronsplus family for welcoming me in with open arms. And I want to thank @kamebodywork for introducing me to E+ and finally getting to meet in person after all these years!

I will never forget this magical weekend!

Love you all! 🫶🏾

⚡️⚡️Feeling inspired after the annual @electronsplus Mastermind in Scottsdale last weekend!

Three days of learning, sharing, and receiving guided PEMF treatments with an incredible community of healers and bodywork practitioners from across the country. I’m especially grateful that this year I got to teach Buccal (intraoral) techniques with the Electrons+!

Two years ago, a client told me his year-long shoulder pain disappeared after one treatment with an Electrons+ practitioner. That sparked my curiosity, and within a month I became one too! PEMF has transformed my practice, and the community around it has been just as meaningful.

Every year I leave with new knowledge, fresh inspiration, and even more excitement for what’s ahead. We’re only scratching the surface of what’s possible!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Just wrapped up an incredible weekend at the Electrons Plus Mastermind. I was surrounded by brilliant practitioners sharing real, life-changing knowledge. ⚡️🔋💡

I was all in: Learning, connecting, and soaking up wisdom from fellow healers who are just as passionate about blending science and soul.

We dove deep into clinical gems such as post-op support, shoulder release, pelvic and hip flexor focus, and so much more! This is the kind of work that transforms recovery.

But what moved me most? The space we made for the ✨️WooWoo✨

Because I’m realizing more and more is that I have clients that don’t just come to me for manual therapy.
They come to release what’s been held: The old stories, the stored tension, the emotional weight that lives in the body.

And I’m here for it!

Blending precision with presence.

Technique with tenderness.

Evidence with energy.

Grateful beyond words for the Electrons Plus family, the communities I have connected due to Electrons Plus, and for every client who trusts me to hold space for their journey.

PS: I wish I can tag all of the E+ practitioners I met, talked with, etc. But IG only allows me 20 tags. Also, I didn't even have enough pics with all of the practitioners I connnected with. 😭

A few of my friends asked me, “Why do you keep going to trainings? You’re already good at what you do.”

My answer is always the same… because there is no finish line.

The day we think we’ve learned it all is the day we stop growing. I want to keep learning, keep sharpening my skills, and keep becoming a better massage therapist for every person who trusts me with their care.

It was so good seeing familiar faces again, meeting new ones and learning from one another.

One of my favorite parts was getting to experience an Electrons Plus session from other practitioners. Because this work is still so specialized, I honestly don’t get many opportunities to be on the receiving end. It gave me an even greater appreciation for what my own clients experience and reminded me how valuable it is to never stop learning from one another.

One thing!!! The heart behind @electronsplus Simon and Michelle don’t just care about helping people heal they genuinely care about every practitioner they pour into. That kind of leadership is rare, and I’m so grateful God placed people like them in my path. I’ve learned that God has a way of opening the right doors, bringing the right people into our lives, and gently closing the ones that no longer serve His purpose.

There were BREAKTHROUGHS this weekend, and I loved seeing people experience growth in their own journeys. As I reflected, I realized my greatest breakthrough came when I fully surrendered my life to Jesus. That’s where I found the peace, purpose, and healing I had been looking for all everywhere. Everything I do now flows from that foundation.

Congratulations, Simon and Michelle, on this exciting new chapter! I can’t wait to see what God has in store for you, this incredible community, and everyone whose lives will be impacted because of your willingness to serve.

Thank you to everyone who shared your knowledge, your hearts, and your passion this weekend. I left encouraged, challenged, and inspired.
