HAIRSPRAY!!!! what a dream this show was. I remember little bailie sitting on the floor of the living room watching the live version of the show in 2016, and i was hooked. this show was my “i wanna do that” moment. this show is so powerful, whether that be music or themes, and i am so proud that i had the honor to portray such a vital yet difficult time of history.

this show pushed me to my limits. the amount of times i said “i don’t think i can do this” is many, but the amount of things i accomplished are even more plentiful. i have never danced this much for any track i’ve played, and it was so challenging but so rewarding. i loved being one of the nicest kids in town.

big thanks to @boroarts and the entire creative team of the debut of a dream. i had so much fun and thank you for trusting me with this beast of a show. lots of love to my cast mates, i adore each and every one of you and i appreciate your kindness towards me.

i hope i can dance with my shelley girl another time soon.

you gotta think big to be big!🩷

🎃🔥 Friday • Halloween • Guardian Mixed Martial Arts 🥋👊

Halloween morning at Gaurdian Mixed Martial Arts came with pure fight energy — costumes outside, killers on the inside. The mats were alive today. ⚡️

We kicked things off with sparring rounds with Sam Alvey — and even his wife jumped in, bringing that champion sharpness only they can. After the striking, we rolled straight into a jiu-jitsu open mat, a room full of grinders pushing each other, learning, and leveling up. 🖤💥

Holiday or not, Gaurdian stays consistent — a gym that grows, evolves, and keeps producing real martial artists. Blessed to be part of this crew that shows up no matter what day it is. 🔥🥋

The journey continues with Kombat Journeys — documenting the grind, the people, and the stories behind the sweat.

Still feeling the grind at Razor’s Edge! Huge thanks to them for having us down and giving us a chance to level up. After class, the vibe didn’t slow down.

First clip shows us diving into some legit sumo—teaching the rules, getting into a couple of matches. Sumo is all about strength, balance, and technique, and that’s exactly what we brought to the table.

Next, you’ll see me, Kam, and Blake Grant—The Butcher. Blake’s the current amateur MMA champ, Kam’s a former killer with a 1-0 record and a nasty arm-break to his name. These guys are the real deal. No shortcuts.

The clip of me bowing out, paying respect with a sigh of relief, while the crew’s in the background flexing and shouting—that’s the energy we’ve built together. It’s all about pushing each other to be the best.

Final pic is a crew shot, showing the power of training as one. I’m in the background, part of the grind.

Big shout-out again to Razor’s Edge for bringing us in and letting us be part of that atmosphere. Cross-training. Brotherhood. Earned, not given.

Friday • July 4th 🇺🇸
Guardian Mixed Martial Arts • Murfreesboro, Tennessee

While most were celebrating, we were grinding. Coach Paul Gibson opened up the gym for an early 9AM Muay Thai sparring session, followed by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our usual routine, but with a little extra flair for the Fourth of July.

We might’ve missed the fireworks, but we definitely lit it up on the mats. From Sam Alvey showing us his moves in sparring to the crew who rolled out to train — we weren’t just celebrating America, we were living it.

🔹 First clip: The crew post-training, standing proud with the American flag in the background. We didn’t just show up — we made today count.
🔹 Second clip: Sam Alvey sparring — a glimpse of what it’s like when a UFC vet is in the room, putting in the work.

We’re not just here to train, we’re here to level up. Today was all about earning the right to kick back with a cold one and some grilled goodness. A little sweat, a little sacrifice, and now we’ve got the best of both worlds.

Shout out to everyone who showed up and to Coach Paul and Sam Alvey for making it all happen. This Fourth of July, we didn’t just take the day off — we made it ours.

Saturday morning at Guardian Mixed Martial Arts 🛡️🔥 — Murfreesboro, TN

We kicked off the weekend with Open Mat from 10 to 12, then rolled straight into a Muay Thai grind with Coach Paul Gibson from 12 to 1:30. Saturdays hit different. The energy. The laughs. The lessons. The work.

But first… yes, we started sumo wrestling now. You read that right.
👊 We made a ring.
👣 We stepped inside.
💥 And we threw down.

The first two clips you’ll see are just that — teammates clashing in the circle, testing balance, power, and spirit. It was all love, but make no mistake — we were trying to move mountains.

Then we dove back into the Muay Thai flow with Coach Paul, who, as always, brought the 🔥 and focus. His classes are becoming Saturday staples, and it’s no wonder why — crisp combos, clean pads, and real progress every week.

Somewhere in the chaos, a bodybuilding contest broke out 💪😆 — you’ll see the squad flexing up and striking poses like we’re training for Mr. Olympia. Gotta have a little fun while we’re out here bleeding together.

And finally… the last clip. Just the crew, laying there at Open Mat, dead from the day, full of heart and sweat, empty of excuses. That’s what Saturdays are for.

Hard work.
Real community.
Growth in every direction.
