I'm feeling extremely grateful I've made such great friends on this trip and I'm going to be a little sad to see everyone leave.
I find it hard really hard spending time with people for anything over 2 days, but coming here with these beautiful people has made me realise how I need to give people more time of day.
Thanks everyone for the amazing memories I'll hold forever.
And thank you especially @kanefelsinger for bringing me out of my shell in 5 minutes I feel like I've made a best friend for life!

Himalayas Yogis @ Family Dinner 😋💖 loving so many things about this retreat... one of my favourite parts is getting to know these awesome yogis, some on a deeper level than when we started, some for the first time... the connections made here are ones I know will carry on back home and I’m so grateful for my new found friends 🤗🤗🤗 #yogis #tribe #yourvibeattractsyourtribe #family #dinner #dinnertalk #laughter #love #goodtimes #himalayas #yogaretreat #teesindiaadventure
